Koen Bertels is Professor Quantum Computer Engineering at University of Ghent. Xianguo Li is a Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering Professor at the University of Waterloo. Professor Li's main research interests and activities are in the area of thermal fluid/science, including energy systems and energy storage, various energy conversion devices, propulsion and power generation systems, aerosol generation and applications, and transportation fuel cell and battery systems. These research projects involve thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, hydrodynamic stability, multiphase flow, heat and mass transfer, liquid atomization and sprays, combustion, power generation and propulsion systems. Professor Li is the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Green Energy, which established the International Green Energy Conference series and launched the annual review series Progress in Green Energy. Previously he served as the CSME Division Chair for the Advanced Energy Systems technical division. Sapogin Leo Georgy (1936). Professor Sapogin now lives in Moscow, Russia. He began in 1954 to study in Taganrog Radio-technical University and graduated (Dept. of solid state physics) in 1959. Together with Ryabov he calculated mass spectrum of elementary particles and mass bozon Higgs - 131.7 GeV. MSc. Hildo Vignoli Muniz Filho is a Telecommunications Engineer graduated from Fluminense Federal University (UFF) in 2009. He holds an MBA in Telecommunications Services (UFF, 2017) and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Systems from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR, 2022). His professional focus is on telecommunications systems, with an emphasis on airspace control. He currently serves as an engineer for the Brazilian Air Force, stationed at the 2nd Integrated Center for Air Defense and Air Traffic Control (CINDACTA II). Over the course of his career, he has worked at Chemtech (a Siemens Energy company) and as a telecommunications engineer at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He is the author of the article “Audio degradation of climax mode transmission in air traffic control,” published in 2024 in the international journal The Aeronautical Journal (University of Cambridge), contributing to the advancement of research in aeronautical communications and operational safety.

He received is Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Design and Engineer-ing from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
